Investing in Long-Term Value

Our Portofolio
GFS manages a diversified portfolio across several key industries, including commercial real estate, office buildings, renewable energy, residential and hospitality developments, financial assets, education and social responsibility initiatives.
The portfolio combines income-generating businesses with positive cash flow and long-term asset-backed investments, alongside development projects positioned to capture the evolution of the Romanian and European markets.
Our operating assets provide stability, recurring revenues and exposure to resilient sectors such as retail, services, energy and education. At the same time, our development pipeline reflects the growing demand for renewable energy, premium tourism, residential projects, urban regeneration and high-quality private education.
This balance between mature assets and future-oriented developments allows GFS to pursue both stability and growth.
Our investment approach is based on disciplined capital allocation, active management and the ability to identify assets with strategic potential before their full value is realized.
Across all portfolio segments, our objective remains the same: to build durable value through responsible ownership, operational involvement and a long-term investment perspective.
